1. How do you share your content with the world?*
- Quietly - I just go deep with a few close colleagues.
- Erratically. I publish post and ideas, but not very often.
- Regularly. I’m getting better at putting stuff out on LinkedIn and other social media.
- Frequently. I see good content as part of how I show up and publish something most weeks.
- Loudly. I publish a (mostly) regular blog or speak at industry or work events

2. How often do you reach out to your current and future clients?*
- Never. I just respond to any queries or calls.
- Sporadically. It's usually when they call me and ask for something.
- Sometimes, when I’m not too backed up, I’ll reach out proactively.
- Often. I’m pretty good and try to get on the front foot at least a few hours a week.
- Consistently. I often call to see what they're up to or share interesting articles or events I come across.

3. If an honest friend reviewed your work they'd say:*
- Step up, mate! You are not doing yourself justice.
- It’s OK as far as it goes, but I think you have more to say.
- Really solid. I’d love to see you expand on some of this.
- You have some great ideas and capture them really well.
- Seriously? You did that? It's brilliant and I want to share it with my professional network.

4. What's your approach to deadlines?*
- Denial. Followed by panic when it doesn't go away, get delayed or do itself.
- Procrastination. I’ll worry about it later.
- Pretty casual. I can probably bend the rules a bit.
- Intentional. I’ll make sure I allow time for planning and execution.
- Laser-focused! I block out time in my calendar to get it to well ahead of D-day.

5. Your career strategy is mostly:*
- Ad hoc. Inertia rules. I'd prefer known misery than uncertain happiness.
- Erratic. I think and act in patches, then forget about it again.
- Casual. I’m waiting for the right time to act.
- Intentional. I know I need to act strategically and am investing time and effort.
- Highly driven. I'm playing a long game with a clear objective in mind.

6. A project you're working on flops (badly). How do you react?*
- I call a trusted friend and whinge about how everything went wrong.
- I tend to find someone or something to shift the blame onto.
- Forget about it and move on. Life’s too short right?
- I look at my part objectively and think about how I could do better.
- I bring everyone together to review the failure points, possible causes and ideas for eliminating error next time.

7. And when that project flops (badly), how do you feel?*
- Flattened. That's the last time I try something like that.
- In denial. Something else must have gone wrong.
- Piqued. I hate being associated with failure and am keen to do better.
- Curious. The strategy looked good on paper so I wonder why it didn't work?
- Motivated to grow. What can I learn? How can I do and be better next time?

8. How would you describe your professional network?*
- Inbred. My immediate industry contacts and friends only.
- Small and inherited. I avoid networking and connect only with people who seek me out.
- Growing slowly, but I know I could be better with a bit more confidence.
- Active and energetic with a strategy to continuously add diverse, quality connections
- Large and diverse. I strategically seek out networking opportunities and people I want to meet.

9. When you think about the people who support you, you feel like:*
- A lone wolf. Very few people get what I'm about and why I do what I do.
- Isolated. I have a few close supporters, but I know I could do with more.
- A small family, there are a few valued people in my life.
- An only child. Safe and supported by people who love me, and want the best for me.
- A footy team. Lots of great peers, coaches and fans all helping and willing me to succeed.
